- Being April Fool’s Day, numerous “pranks” occurred on the show Below are some of them:
- The original jerseys in the background were replaced with ones of players traded from the team their jersey shows. Among the players were Jason Kidd with the Nets, John Abraham on the Jets, and Terrell Owens on the Eagles.
- Throughout the show Yankee fans Johnathan and Ariel were given false updates concerning their team’s play (as the season opener was being played while the show was aired). This caused Ariel to feel depressed and make Johnathan rip up everyones notes as well as want the NIT UMass score.
- Ariel was also “traded” to the BS Show for a player to be named later. This was a prank by the engineers to see if Ariel noticed what was on the screen.
